HISTORY
Our history, while short, is commiserating with industry giants established many years earlier than ARTEXON GROUP. This history encompassed giant steps and challenges overcome through team effort and the confidence that is inspired by a well thought out and executed enterprise. ARTEXON GROUP was organized in early 1996, its primary purpose being to establish industrial trade and innovative product development practices in the countries of Eastern Europe. That region was chosen by ARTEXON GROUP founders because of the unique and diverse factors that drive its marketplaces; i.e., demographics and economics. Eastern Europe today represents a market of unlimited opportunities and untapped, fresh profit potential. Hard work and persistence are prerequisites to success in any business. From day one, ARTEXON GROUP created a superior, culturally diverse quality workforce sufficient to handle its contracts with maximum output and zero waste. New talent has been added to this workforce as required to maintain the highest standard of productivity. ARTEXON GROUP has always envisioned an import - export company that would penetrate markets aggressively and dominate them for years to come.
ARTEXON GROUP first ventures supported his philosophy; importation of consumer goods into Russia in a magnitude to meet the demands of entire regions resulted in substantial financial gains during that first year. Portions of those profits were wisely allocated toward a vigorous marketing program designed to penetrate the highly competitive import arena of industrial goods. This resulted in establishing a very favorable relationships with a numerous of industrial giants in Russian Federation. At the same time, being authorized agent of multiple American Manufacturers we are generate substantial revenue which give us solid position as an American Exporter. Competitive pricing combined with favorable financing and on time shipments allow us to capitalize in this market where we are well known as a dependable and reliable partner.
